Tri-Immune Boost

A focused combination of vitamin C, zinc, and glutathione designed to support normal immune function and cellular antioxidant defenses. Tri-Immune Boost is a streamlined option for patients seeking targeted nutritional support during demanding or stressful periods.

Myers’ Cocktail

A classic blend of vitamin C, B vitamins, vitamin B12, magnesium, and calcium formulated to support hydration, energy metabolism, muscle function, and overall wellness. The Myers’ Cocktail offers comprehensive nutrient replenishment in one balanced infusion.

NAD+ Infusion

NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and numerous metabolic processes. This extended infusion offers a measured approach for patients interested in supporting cellular function, energy metabolism, and healthy aging.

High-Dose Vitamin C

A concentrated vitamin C infusion created for patients seeking advanced antioxidant and nutritional support. Because higher-dose infusions require additional clinical consideration, treatment is individualized based on medical history, current health, and appropriate pre-infusion screening.

Types of Vitamin Supplmentation

B12 Injections

Vitamin B12 supports normal energy metabolism, red blood cell formation, and neurologic function. Injectable B12 offers a convenient supplementation option when clinically appropriate.

MICC

MICC is a blend of lipotropic nutrients that supports normal fat metabolism, energy production, and liver function. It may complement a broader wellness or weight-management program.

Glutathione

Glutathione is an antioxidant naturally produced by the body that helps protect cells from oxidative stress. Glutathione provides individuals who want to incorporate antioxidant support into their wellness routine.

NAD+

NAD+ Injection provides a convenient alternative to a longer IV infusion. NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy production, metabolism, and numerous enzymatic processes throughout the body.

Targeted Vitamin and Wellness Injections

An IV infusion is not the only option for targeted nutritional support. Yahla Med Studio offers select vitamin, antioxidant, amino-acid, and lipotropic injections that can be chosen individually or incorporated into a personalized wellness plan.

Vitamin B12
Vitamin B12 supports red blood cell formation, neurologic function, DNA synthesis, and normal energy metabolism. Injectable B12 offers a convenient supplementation option when clinically appropriate.

Vitamin D
Vitamin D contributes to bone health, calcium balance, muscle function, and normal immune function. Injectable vitamin D may provide an alternative to oral supplementation when appropriate.

MICC
MICC combines nutrients commonly described as lipotropic compounds because of their roles in normal nutrient and fat metabolism. It may complement a broader approach to nutrition, metabolic wellness, body composition, and weight management.

L-Glutamine
L-glutamine is an amino acid involved in protein metabolism, immune-cell activity, and gastrointestinal function. It may be incorporated into a nutritional strategy focused on recovery and overall wellness.

Lysine
Lysine is an essential amino acid that contributes to protein synthesis, collagen formation, and normal tissue function.

L-Arginine
L-arginine supports the production of nitric oxide, a signaling molecule involved in normal vascular function. It may be considered as part of a wellness strategy focused on circulation, exercise, and physical performance.

Glutathione
Glutathione is a naturally occurring antioxidant that supports the body’s cellular antioxidant defenses and normal redox balance.

NAD+
NAD+ participates in cellular energy metabolism and numerous enzymatic processes. Injectable NAD+ provides a convenient alternative for individuals who prefer not to receive a longer IV infusion.

All injections are selected and administered based on an individualized clinical assessment.

Frequently Asked Questions

IV hydration therapy delivers fluids and selected nutrients directly into the bloodstream through a small intravenous catheter. Depending on the formulation and individual needs, an infusion may include fluids, electrolytes, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, or amino acids. Every treatment at Yahla begins with a medical assessment to determine whether IV therapy is appropriate.

Possible side effects include temporary discomfort, bruising, bleeding, swelling, or irritation at the IV site. Less common risks include infection, inflammation of the vein, an allergic reaction, fluid overload, medication interactions, or receiving an inappropriate amount of a nutrient. Patients should provide a complete medical history, including medications, allergies, pregnancy status, and any heart, kidney, or blood-pressure conditions, before treatment.

Yahla offers several physician-guided IV therapy options, including the Myers’ Cocktail, Tri-Immune IV, NAD+ infusions, and high-dose vitamin C. We also offer selected vitamin, antioxidant, amino-acid, and lipotropic injections, including vitamin B12, vitamin D, MICC, glutathione, NAD+, L-glutamine, lysine, and L-arginine. Availability and eligibility depend on your medical history, wellness goals,

Most patients can return to their normal activities after an IV infusion. Keep the bandage in place for approximately 30 to 60 minutes, drink fluids normally, and follow any personalized instructions provided by the Yahla medical team. Mild tenderness or bruising can occur, but increasing pain, redness, warmth, swelling, drainage, fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, or other concerning symptoms should be reported promptly.

Treatment time depends on the selected infusion, the amount of fluid, and the medically appropriate infusion rate. Many IV hydration treatments take approximately 30 to 60 minutes, while specialized infusions such as NAD+ or high-dose vitamin C may require additional time. The Yahla team will explain the expected duration when your treatment is scheduled.

Drink water and eat a light meal before your appointment unless you receive different instructions from your clinician. Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to your arm, and bring an updated list of your medications, supplements, allergies, and medical conditions. Please notify us if you are pregnant, feel acutely ill, have a history of difficult IV placement, or have heart or kidney disease.

Because IV hydration delivers fluids and selected nutrients directly into the bloodstream, hydration begins during the infusion. When—or whether—you notice a difference varies depending on your hydration level, overall health, treatment selected, activity level, and individual nutritional needs. Some people notice changes during or shortly after treatment, while others experience more gradual or subtle effects; your Yahla clinician can explain what may reasonably be expected from your specific treatment.

An IV infusion delivers fluids and selected ingredients gradually through a vein, while an intramuscular or subcutaneous vitamin injection places a smaller amount of a specific nutrient into muscle or tissue. Injections are generally quicker and may be appropriate when hydration or a full infusion is unnecessary. Your Yahla clinician can help determine which delivery method is most appropriate for your individual needs.

There is no universal schedule that is appropriate for everyone. Frequency depends on the selected treatment, your medical history, nutritional needs, laboratory findings when indicated, and your clinician’s recommendations. IV hydration and vitamin injections should complement—not replace—a balanced diet, appropriate medical care, prescribed medications, sleep, exercise, and other healthy habits.
