For the most optimal results and to maintain safety, you should not consume alcohol or use ibuprofen products for at least 6 hours. You should not lie flat for at least 4 hours. You should also avoid rubbing your face after treatment or undergoing a facial or microneedling for at least 2 weeks.

While Botox and other wrinkle relaxer medications are safe for most individuals, certain groups should avoid their use, including:

Pregnant or breastfeeding women: The effects of Botox on unborn or nursing infants are not well-studied, so it is best to avoid treatment during these periods.

Individuals with neuromuscular disorders: Conditions such as myasthenia gravis or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) may be exacerbated by Botox.

Allergic individuals: Those with known allergies to botulinum toxin or any of the ingredients in Botox should avoid its use.

Infection at the injection site: Botox should not be administered if there is an active infection at the planned injection site.
